Holy moly this is limited animation. It's like vox style animation at this point

While I like Liv's design. The rest of the characters are "literally" underdesigned. Such as the chimps. We mention they wear baseball gear but its unrecognizable since they are just a mishmash of blue goo.
The animation is also little too loose, as well as the sound fx being a little lackluster, making movement a bit too floaty and lacking full impact. The special fx are nice, but with the underdesigned characters, its tough to discern what exactly is going on in the fight.

Now to state what you did right.
The colors and theming are top notch and perfectly nails the PnSwGB-esqe designs while being entirely original with the late-night mood brought forth with the lighting and coloring.
The voice acting, while lacking a bit of cohesiveness with the animation is pretty well done. However, the script could use some work.
The music by FaRe'N'HiTe is good as always , lending itself well to the late nigh atmosphere setup.
While I don't typically grade style since it's subjective. I must say I personally love the expressiveness of the actions and faces. If it was given to all the characters involved you would have something really amazing on your hands.

Overall, I give a 6/10. Your work shows promise just need to work on a few things. I definitely recommend a more defined storyboard and script as well as more intermediate tweens (1-3 for every major motion) during the more minor scenes of animation. As for designs I recommend just a few scenes where we see individuals before combining them into the big group.
